Description / Scope of Work
Lady Reading Hospital MTI Peshawar invites sealed bids for the procurement of eleven items through EPADS (E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System) under IFB No. 06/LRH/2026. The procurement includes pathology and blood bank supplies (both non-proprietary and proprietary), dialysis disposables, cardiology disposables, conservancy services, internet services hiring, a 100 KVA standby diesel generator set with supply installation testing and commissioning, toners and printer or photocopier spare parts, hostel mess rental contracts, signages, and fire and safety equipment. The tenders are being conducted in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province with bid securities ranging from PKR 100,000 to PKR 1,500,000 depending on the item category.
Bidders must be registered firms with income or sales tax reflected on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of FBR and registered with KPPRA EPADS. Original bid security in the form of CDR or bank guarantee is mandatory, and interested bidders must submit a non-refundable fee of PKR 5,000 to MCB Bank account number 0847608141003952 for each tender prior to bid submission. Firms must be registered with KPRA where applicable. All successful bidders will be liable to pay applicable government taxes and duties.
Detailed bid solicitation documents (BSDs) can be downloaded from the EPADS portal at https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk/. Tender documents must be uploaded on E-PADS on or before the respective pre-bid meeting dates at 11:00 AM, with tender opening scheduled for various dates between 23 June and 30 June 2026 at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives at the Committee Room/AHD office. The bid shall be considered non-responsive if the original CDR and tender fee in hard form are not submitted to the hospital on or before tender opening.
