Description / Scope of Work
The Tehsil Municipal Administration Samarbagh, Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, invites sealed quotations for the Rehabilitation of Flood Damages Infrastructure in various districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa under ADP No.1705/221105(2024-25). The project comprises ten PCC road construction and rehabilitation works across multiple locations in Dir Lower and surrounding areas, with a combined estimated cost of approximately 3.12 million rupees. Works include PCC road projects in Prata, Chamyarano Banda, Nabil Khan Korana Rahim Abad, Kotkay Jabagi, Gul Dehri Badin, Sarkai Kambat, Darul Salam Colony Samarbagh, Mangati Maskini, Ijara Sharbani, and Wadi Banda Sarkai, ranging from 0.10 to 0.40 million rupees per project.
Bids are invited from approved and registered government contractors and firms registered with PEC, KPRA, LGE&RDD, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, who have renewed their licenses for the year 2025-2026. Bidders must submit a call deposit at 2 percent of the estimated cost for each work in the name of TMO TMA Samarbagh. Income tax, KPRA tax, and other government taxes will be deducted as per applicable rules. Conditional or overwritten quotations will not be entertained, and the administation reserves the right to reject any or all quotations as per KPPRA rules.
Quotations must reach the office of the Tehsil Municipal Officer, TMA Samarbagh, on or before 17 June 2026 at 12:00 PM and will be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM in the presence of bidders. All work must be executed in accordance with approved designs, bill of quantities, and TMA specifications.
