Hazara Electric Supply Company Limited (HAZECO) invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of electrical equipment and materials on NCB (National Competitive Bidding) basis through the E-PADS portal. The tender includes nine line items covering critical electrical components such as 132kV circuit breakers, potential transformers, control panels, AC/DC panels, relay panels, aluminum and grounding conductors, battery banks, battery chargers, bus couplers, auxiliary transformers, and power cables in various specifications. The materials are required for the consignee store at Deputy Manager Regional Store in Abbottabad, Balochistan, according to NTDC/WAPDA specifications. The total procurement scope encompasses quantities ranging from 2 to 6400 units depending on the item type, with bid submission closing on 17 June 2026 and opening commencing the same date at staggered times throughout the day.
Eligible bidders must register themselves on the E-PADS (E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System) portal at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk and submit only electronic bids through the system. Bidders are required to provide bid security in the name of the Chief Executive Officer HAZECO as mentioned in bidding documents for each tender line item. All bids must be complete with original bid security documents uploaded along with the e-bid on the EPADS portal, failing which bids shall be considered non-responsive and rejected. Conditional bids, partial submissions, and incomplete documentation will result in automatic rejection. The bid security shall be valid for a period of 30 days beyond the bid validity date.
Bid documents can be obtained from the E-PADS portal online. Prospective bidders must submit their bids through the E-PADS system on a single-stage single-envelope basis in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004. The original bid security must be delivered to the office of Manager (SCM) at HAZECO Headquarters, Gulistan Colony, College Road, Abbottabad before the scheduled bid closing time.
