Pakistan Defence Officers Housing Authority (PDOHA) City Karachi invites sealed bids for the procurement of tyres for its Mechanical Transport Workshop located in Karachi, Sindh. The tender encompasses the supply of tyres as per detailed specifications and quantities outlined in the tender documents. Bidders are required to quote prices in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of delivery and all applicable taxes including GST, with offers remaining valid for one month from submission. Detailed specifications of the tyres, type and period of warranty must be clearly specified in bids, and equipment quotations must strictly adhere to the given specifications with no alternate options permitted.
Bidding documents containing complete specifications and quantity details are available from the Procurement Directorate DHA City Karachi office until 1600 hours on 9 June 2026 upon submission of a written application and non-refundable tender fee of Rs 1,000 in the form of a Pay Order in favour of PDOHA City Karachi. Sealed tender documents must be submitted to the Procurement Directorate office by 1430 hours on 15 June 2026, with tender opening scheduled for 16 June 2026 at 1500 hours.
Tenders should be addressed to the Additional Director (Procurement) DHA City Karachi at KM-50, Motorways M-9, Postal Code 75340. Bidders are advised to quote the lowest possible price. Payment will be issued by cheque following delivery of items. The nomenclature or name of equipment must be mentioned on the right corner of the sealed envelope. PDOHA reserves the right to reject any or all tenders under provision of applicable rules and regulations.
