Description / Scope of Work
This tender notice invites sealed bids for the supply of natural gas equipment and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) cylinders in Azad Jammu and Kashmir. The procurement is issued by the AJK Government under reference AJK PD 78-N.06/2026 for the fiscal year 2026-27. Three separate lots are advertised: Lot 1 comprises 24 units of general natural gas equipment estimated at PKR 720,000; Lot 2 involves 10 units of specialized gas supply equipment valued at PKR 300,000; and Lot 3 covers 3 units of LPG cylinders with a budget of PKR 90,000. The total estimated procurement value is PKR 1,110,000, and the scope extends across AJK province.
Bidders must possess valid business registration and relevant licenses for trading in natural gas and LPG equipment. A bid security of PKR 3,000 is required with submission of bidding documents. Bidders should comply with All-India Kachchhi Patra Association (AIK) PPRA regulations of 2017 as applicable in AJK, and all statutory requirements for handling hazardous goods and pressure equipment. Experience in supplying similar equipment and genuine certification from manufacturers are mandatory prerequisites for eligibility.
Bidding documents are available upon request with a submission fee of PKR 3,000, obtainable from the office until 10:00 AM on the closing date. Sealed bids must be submitted by 10:00 AM on June 17, 2026, with opening scheduled for 11:00 AM on the same day.
