Description / Scope of Work
The Pakistan Information Commission, based in Islamabad, invites bids for the provision of Legal Services for the financial year 2026-27 under Tender No. P37205. The Commission seeks qualified legal service providers registered with the Income Tax or Sales Tax Departments to deliver comprehensive legal services in accordance with PPRA rules. The scope includes various legal matters as detailed in the bidding documents available through the electronic procurement platform E-pad 2.0. This procurement opportunity is open to registered suppliers and contractors meeting the specified eligibility criteria, with the contract period extending through FY 2026-27.
Bidders must be registered with either the Income Tax Department or Sales Tax Department to be eligible for participation. The competent authority also retains the discretion to cancel contracts partially or entirely during the contract currency if services are found to be sub-standard or deliveries are not made timely.
