The Aquaculture & Fisheries Department, based at 9-A Bahawalpur Road, Chauburji, Lahore, Punjab, is procuring human resources outsourcing services under a framework contract arrangement. This tender seeks qualified service providers to deliver comprehensive HR outsourcing support including recruitment, staffing, payroll management, employee benefits administration, and related human resources functions to support departmental operations. The scope encompasses staffing solutions, HR compliance, and administrative personnel deployment across the department's facilities and regional offices throughout Punjab province.
Eligible bidders must be registered firms, companies, or organizations duly licensed to provide HR outsourcing and staffing services in Pakistan. Bidders should demonstrate relevant experience in government or corporate HR outsourcing, possess valid business registration, and meet all applicable regulatory requirements. Bid security is mandatory as per the tender conditions. All bidders must comply with minimum wage regulations, applicable tax obligations, and provide evidence of professional liability insurance and indemnity coverage as specified in the special conditions of contract.
