Description / Scope of Work
The Municipal Committee Jalalpur Pirwala invites electronic bids from registered firms, companies and traders engaged in trading activities. Bidders must be registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments including PEC license, Income Tax, Sales Tax and Punjab Sales Tax. E-bids will be received through single stage single envelope procedures via the e-Procurement System (EPADS) portal at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk. Original bid security instruments must be submitted in physical form before the e-bid submission deadline. The procurement office is located at Town Hall Office MC Jalalpur Pirwala in Punjab province. Bidders are required to submit bid security of the estimated price in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft or Pay Order in the name of MO(Infrastructure) Municipal Committee Jalalpur Pirwala. Late e-bids will be rejected.
Bidders must meet eligibility criteria including valid registration with relevant authorities and possession of required tax compliance documents. All participants should ensure proper documentation and compliance with procurement regulations set by the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority. Bid security requirements are specified in the detailed bidding document based on estimated contract values. Only e-bids accompanied by valid bid security instruments will be considered for evaluation.
E-bids must be submitted online on the EPADS platform before the submission deadline of 18 June 2026 at 01:00 PM. Original bid security instruments must arrive at the Procurement Office, Town Hall Office MC Jalalpur Pirwala before the same deadline. E-bid opening will occur on 18 June 2026 at 02:00 PM. Bidding documents are available for immediate download from the website of Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority at http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk. Interested bidders should note that MC Jalalpur Pirwala will not be responsible for any costs incurred in bid preparation or delivery, and that bid submission is entirely the bidder's responsibility.
