National Bank of Pakistan invites bids for major renovation and refurbishment work of its BMC Branch (0184) located in Quetta Region, Sindh Province. This is a Single Stage One Envelope procurement procedure conducted under PPRA Rule 36(a) for comprehensive building renovation and refurbishment services. The project encompasses structural improvements, facility upgrades, and modernization of the banking premises to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience at the Quetta branch location. Bidders must submit complete bidding documents including technical specifications, bill of quantities, and all necessary compliance documentation as detailed in the tender materials.
Eligible bidders must be registered with relevant Pakistani regulatory authorities and possess valid licenses for construction and renovation works. Bid security in the form of a bank guarantee or security bond must accompany all submissions as specified in the bidding documents. All references to manual submission processes have been replaced with EPADS procedures as defined in the E-PAK Procurement Regulation, 2023.
