The District Disaster Management Authority Multan invites pre-qualification applications from firms, companies, and general order suppliers registered on E-PADs under PPRA for the provision of standardized relief goods and equipment during the Flood and Monsoon Season 2026 for financial year 2026-27. The procurement covers nine lots including purchase of food hampers (ration bags with net weight 10kg 640 grams plus 5 percent), cooked food per daig of 10kg material, miscellaneous items such as mosquito nets, life jackets, plastic mats, cots and mattresses, drinking water and milk, hiring of vehicles for transportation, purchase of flour and rice in 10kg quantities, animal fodder, and hiring of tentage and catering services. The procuring authority is based in Multan, Punjab, and seeks to establish a roster of qualified suppliers capable of delivering emergency relief supplies during disaster situations.
Interested firms and companies must be registered on E-PADs and possess relevant experience in disaster relief supply provision. Applicants are required to submit an affidavit confirming they are not involved in litigation with any department and have not been blacklisted by any government entity. Companies must not be government servants and should maintain sound financial and operational positions. All government taxes will be applicable to procurement contracts awarded under this pre-qualification process. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any incomplete, late, or non-conforming applications without providing detailed justification.

Interested firms must first register on www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk with requisite information before participating. Pre-qualification applications must be submitted through E-PADS in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended) on 22 June 2026 by 11:30 AM, with opening of applications scheduled for the same day at 12:00 PM.
