Description / Scope of Work
Sealed tenders based on NIS-2025/P-8 are invited through the Electronic Procurement Information System (EPADS) from registered government contractors for repair and maintenance works of government buildings at FR-04, District Charssadda, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The estimated cost of the project is Rs 18,200 (in millions), with a scope covering comprehensive maintenance and restoration activities. The work is located in Charssadda district and shall be executed under single-stage single-envelope procurement procedures in accordance with the Centralized Procurement Policy of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa for the current financial year.
Only PPRA-registered contractors are eligible to participate in this bidding process. Contractors must hold a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license (HSE II & IEOL) and possess a Department of Electricity, Energy and Power, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa license in Category C or D. Bidders are required to submit bid security equivalent to 2% of the total tender value. The bid security and additional security details must be submitted through the EPADS system at the time of bid submission in the prescribed format, with original documents forwarded through registered courier to the office of the Assistant Director, Livestock and Dairy Development Department, Mansehra Road, Charssadda, by the bid closing time.
Bidding documents are available for download from the official EPADS website after publication. Bids must be filed through EPADS before 12:00 PM on 24 June 2026, with the opening of electronic bids scheduled for the same date at 12:30 PM. All bidders must ensure compliance with KPPRA notifications and relevant security submission requirements.
