Description / Scope of Work
National Electronics Complex of Pakistan invites sealed bids through Single Stage One Envelope Procedure for the manufacturing of RF modules and purchase of RF cables. This invitation for bids is issued under Case No. R (1094) / 2025-26 with a tender fee of Rs. 2,500 (cash only) payable at the office of the National Electronics Complex in Islamabad. The procurement is registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Department for the financial year 2025-2026 and covers the complete supply of RF modules and RF cables as per detailed specifications and terms and conditions to be provided in the bidding documents.
Eligible bidders registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Department may purchase complete bidding documents containing detailed Terms and Conditions and Specifications from the office of the undersigned by submission of written request on company letterhead during working hours between 1000 hrs to 1600 hrs on working days. Interested bidders must provide earnest money equal to 1% of the total bid value in the form of a Pay Order or Demand Draft made in the name of National Electronics Complex of Pakistan. All participating bidders are required to submit copies of CNIC of participating individuals and vehicle registration certificates by 1300 hrs on 20-06-2026.
Bidders must submit their best and final prices as no negotiations on pricing are permitted. The bid submission deadline is 24-06-2026 at 1100 AM, with bid opening scheduled for the same date at 1130 AM at the National Electronics Complex offices in Sector H-9/1, Islamabad. A pre-bid meeting to address bidder queries will be held on 10-06-2026 at 1100 hrs at NECOP HQ with technical representatives.
