Description / Scope of Work
Telecom Foundation invites sealed bids from PEC-registered Engineering Firms and contractors registered with relevant tax authorities for construction, pre-fabrication, and rehabilitation works at various Telecom Foundation IT school campuses located across multiple cities in Pakistan. The invitation to bid covers civil engineering projects including structural construction, pre-fabricated components installation, and rehabilitation of existing school facilities at the Foundation's educational institutions operating in urban and rural locations throughout the country. Bidders must be registered professional engineering firms with Pakistan Engineering Council and possess valid tax registration and appropriate licensing from relevant authorities to be eligible for participation in this tender process.
Eligible bidders must meet specified criteria including valid PEC registration as engineering firms, current tax registration status with Federal Board of Revenue or provincial tax authorities, and required certifications for construction and rehabilitation work.
