PAF Base Malir invites sealed quotations from reputable and GST-registered firms and suppliers for the supply of Natural Camouflaging Items, Conservancy Items, Hot Weather Appliances, and Sports Items for the fiscal year 2026-27. The procurement covers four main categories: Conservancy Items including miscellaneous maintenance supplies as specified by the Base; Sports Items encompassing gymnasium equipment, laser leveling services, sweet earth provision, grass plantation of various types, wooden floors for badminton courts, painting and polishing of sports facilities, synthetic jogging tracks, and trophies or medals for one year; Hot Weather Appliances comprising refrigeration and cooling equipment for the period of one year; and NCF Items including camouflaging paint, fruity and non-fruity plants, beautification plants, crushed stone, pesticides, fine Dacca grass, fertilizer, manure, sweet earth, watering equipment, sapling seeds, and plastic or rubber pipes. This tender is open to individual suppliers and firms registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax, and possessing adequate relevant experience in their respective fields. Bidders must submit technical and financial proposals in separate sealed envelopes following the Single Stage Two Envelopes procedure under PPRA rules. The last date for tender submission is 17 June 2026 at 1000 hours, with opening scheduled for 1200 hours on the same day in the presence of authorized representatives.
