Description / Scope of Work
The Ministry of Inter Provincial Coordination, Islamabad invites proposals for the supply and provision of hockey kits for ICT students under the Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure. The procurement is open to reputable authorized dealers, firms and manufacturers who are registered with the Federal Board of Revenue as Active Taxpayers with valid tax and AGPR vendor numbers. This tender is advertised for Financial Year 2026-27 and seeks qualified bidders to supply hockey kits meeting specified technical requirements to educational institutions in Islamabad and the Federal territory.
Eligible bidders must be on the Active Tax Payers List of FBR and possess AGPR Vendor Number for supply provision. Bidders are required to submit earnest money in the form of a Pay Order, Demand Draft or Call Deposit in favour of the Section Officer (General), Ministry of IPC. Bid documents must be uploaded through the EPADS e-Procurement Portal with scanned copies, and hard copies are also accepted. All proposals must comply with Rule 36(a) of the Public Procurement Rules 2004 and be submitted electronically through EPADS at https://eprocure.gov.pk.
Tender bidding documents shall be collected from 04.06.2025 to 18.06.2026 through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). The public opening of tender bids will take place on 18.06.2026 at 12:00 PM in the Committee Room of the Ministry of IPC, 2nd Floor, New Secretariat, Kohsar Block, Islamabad. Interested bidders should register on EPADS and obtain detailed specifications and terms from the Ministry of IPC website www.ipc.gov.pk or PPRA portal www.ppra.gov.pk. The procuring agency reserves the right to accept or reject any bids in accordance with Rule 33 of the Public Procurement Rules 2004.
