Description / Scope of Work
Sealed tenders are invited by the Office of the Chief Traffic Manager for Dry Ports, Pakistan Railways, Headquarters Office in Lahore for a Labour Handling Contract at Lahore Dry Port Mughalpura on a revenue sharing formula basis. The contract is for an initial period of three years, further extendable for one additional year subject to satisfactory performance by the contractor. This procurement is issued under single stage two envelopes procedure as per PPRA Rules. The scope includes labour handling operations at the dry port facility located in Mughalpura, Lahore, Punjab.
Tender forms may be obtained on production of a Miscellaneous Receipt (MR) of Rs 2000 only (non-refundable) from the office of Chief Traffic Manager, Dry Ports, Headquarters Office Lahore during official office hours. Experienced firms and parties with relevant experience in labour handling and port operations are eligible to participate. Bidders must comply with PPRA Rules and provide necessary documentation as required for the bidding process.
Sealed tenders will be received in Committee Room No 3 of Pakistan Railways Headquarters, Lahore at 11:30 hours sharp on 07-07-2026 and will be opened on the same day at 12:00 hours by the tender committee in the presence of participants or their authorized agents.
