Sui Southern Gas Company Limited invites sealed bids for the supply of enamel paints, varnishes, and related materials under tender reference SSGC/LP/EPADS/NR/2159174. The procurement includes five line items: enamel paints varnishes oil turpentine (200 tins), paint and allied materials paint enamel gold yellow FD 700 (500 tins), paint and allied materials paint synthetic enamel Pacific blue (250 tins), paint and allied materials paint synthetic enamel court grey (200 tins), and paint and allied materials paint synthetic enamel aluminium silver (100 tins). The total fixed bid bond amount is PKR 28,500. All quoted unit prices must be inclusive of duties, taxes, and applicable discounts except General Sales Tax, which will be reimbursed as per GST Act. The procurement is issued by Sui Southern Gas Company Limited in Sindh province with an estimated value of PKR 5 x 6 for the first line item and corresponding values for subsequent items.
Eligible bidders must participate through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) in compliance with SRO 296(1)/2023 dated 8 March 2023. Bidders are required to submit a physical bid bond to the Tender Room at SSGC headquarters before bid submission and upload a stamped copy on EPADS. Failure to submit the original bid bond will result in bid rejection. All documents, including technical literature and Form-X, must be duly signed and stamped. The tender fee is free. Bid validity must be 150 days from the date of bid opening, and delivery period is specified as 45 to 60 days after confirmation of purchase order.
Bid documents are available for download from the EPADS portal and SSGC website. Bidders must fill the bill of quantities and bid form correctly and submit bids electronically on EPADS before the closing date of 29 June 2026 at 12:00 hours. Bids will be opened on 25 May 2026 at 17:47 hours. All corrections, cutting, or overwriting must be signed and stamped. For inquiries, contact the Procurement Department, SSGC.
