For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT

APF PAC Kamra is seeking six distinct procurement packages totalling 149 line items covering painting materials, electrical components, general spares and tyres. Each tender requires Rs 150,000 earnest money plus Rs 200 tender fee, suggesting moderate-scale purchases suitable for regional suppliers. The compressed timeline (less than three weeks to closing) and requirement for separate quotations per tender indicates a routine replenishment cycle rather than one-off acquisition. Sales tax registration is mandatory; demonstrated capability in aerospace or industrial supply chains would strengthen positioning.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered with Pakistan's Sales Tax Department. Bank Draft or Pay Order of Rs 150,000 per tender is required as earnest money. Typically, suppliers in this category should hold valid NTN and be registered with relevant trade bodies. No explicit PEC requirement stated; however, capacity to supply to a defence production facility may require security clearance or prior experience with APF PAC.
