Description / Scope of Work
Heavy Industries Taxila (HIT) invites sealed tenders from reputed firms possessing valid NTN certificates for the procurement of Paint and Phosphating Shop equipment for 2/3 Wheeler E-Bikes on a Free on Rail (FOR) basis. This tender is issued under the framework of PPRA and Ministry of Defence Production rules. The procurement scope includes detailed requirements as specified in Annexure A, with a delivery period of 4 months after contract signing. Tender reference number 5041/2026-27/IT-6602/FOR-A/NEVF/SCM dated 15 July 2026 is to be submitted to the Supply Chain Management Directorate located in Taxila Cantt, Punjab.
Eligible bidders must be registered with relevant government authorities and hold valid NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates. Bidders are required to submit comprehensive documentation including audit reports for the last three financial years, attested bank statements for the preceding year, copy of CNIC of CEO/Director, and a certificate on judicial paper (worth Rs 100) duly attested by an Oath Commissioner confirming that the firm is neither a defaulter nor blacklisted by any government organization. For distributor or agent bids, proof of trade link with the OEM must be provided. A postal order of Rs 2000 in favour of Director Supply Chain Management Directorate HIT Taxila must accompany the technical bid.
Tender documents are available on the PPRA website at no charge. Bidders must submit sealed bids in two envelopes (technical and financial proposals) by 10 August 2026 at 1030 hours. Bid opening will take place on the same date at 1100 hours.
