For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
HIT seeks paint and phosphating shop equipment for e-bike manufacturing—a specialized industrial procurement suggesting production-scale machinery rather than consumables.
The 4-month delivery timeline is moderate; the Defence Production framework signals government-grade compliance rigor. This appears one-off capital equipment procurement, not recurring supplies. Bidders should note the FOR (Free on Rail) terms shift logistics cost to buyer, reducing your delivery complexity. The detailed Annexure A specifications are critical—review early as nomenclature mismatches commonly cause rejections in HIT tenders.
Who can bid: Valid NTN and Sales Tax registration mandatory. Bidders must be registered with relevant government authorities (typically SECP for companies, or FBR for sole proprietors). Distributors/agents require OEM trade-link proof. No PEC requirement stated (non-construction). Blacklist/default status disqualifies.
