Medical Teaching Institution DHQ Teaching Hospital D.I.Khan, established under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Medical Teaching Institutions Reforms Act 2015, invites sealed bids through single stage two envelope procedure for the procurement of two critical medical equipment items: a Cardiac Cath Lab Angiography Machine and an Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump. Both items are essential for enhancing the hospital's cardiology and critical care capabilities in D.I.Khan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The procurement is conducted following KP-PPRA Rules 2014 to ensure quality healthcare service delivery and operational efficiency at the teaching hospital facility.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Income Tax or Sales Tax authorities and listed on the Active Taxpayer List of the Federal Board of Revenue. Bid security in the form of Call Deposit Receipt is required at two percent of the contract value for each item, made payable to MTI DHQ TH D.I.Khan. Bidders are required to possess relevant business licenses and technical qualifications to supply medical equipment of this specification. The competent authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids in accordance with Rule 47 of KPPRA Rules 2014.
Bid solicitation documents are available for download from the EPADS portal at https://kp.eprocure.gov.pk and from the KPPRA website at www.kppra.gov.pk from the date of this advertisement. Interested eligible bidders must register with EPADS to obtain unique user credentials. The pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 13 June 2026 at 11:00 AM in the Auditorium Hall of DHQ Teaching Hospital D.I.Khan to address queries regarding bidding documents. Bid submission deadline is 29 June 2026 at 11:00 AM via EPADS upload only; hand delivery, post, courier, email, and fax submissions are not accepted. Technical bid opening will occur on 29 June 2026 at 11:30 AM. Bidders must submit only the original bid security physically as a Call Deposit Receipt.
