Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Ordnance Factories, Wah Cantt invites sealed bids from original manufacturers, authorized dealers, and suppliers registered with the income tax and sales tax departments for the supply of petroleum, oil and lubricant items and safety equipment or wears. The invitation covers two separate tenders: the first for supply of twelve POL items to the POL store, and the second for supply of sixteen safety equipment and wears items to the Safety Equipment store. Both tenders are referenced under the Supply Chain Management division with opening dates set for 29 June 2026, and both notices were initially published on 27 April 2026 and 21 April 2026 respectively. The procurement is conducted from the Wah Cantt facility located in Punjab province.
Bidders must be registered with income tax and sales tax departments to be eligible for participation. Detailed bidding documents containing complete item-wise specifications, technical requirements, and all terms and conditions are available for inspection at the office of the undersigned or can be downloaded free of charge from the official portal at www.ebidding.pof.gov.pk. Interested suppliers should review all specifications and conditions carefully before preparing their submissions.
Completed bids must be submitted online through the designated portal on or before 29 June 2026, with submissions closing at 1130 hours. Tender opening will occur at 1200 hours on the same date.
