Description / Scope of Work
The Tehsil Municipal Administration Dassu Kohistan Upper, KPK is inviting sealed tenders for sanitation and multiple purpose infrastructure development work at Chain Bridge extending to Mato Hotel, including DC Colony and AC Colony in Jalkot Village. This work is part of the Accelerate Sustainable Development Initiatives (ASDI) programme for the financial year 2025-26, with an estimated cost of 3.00 million rupees and earnest money requirement of 60,000 rupees. The project scope encompasses construction and development of essential sanitation and multipurpose facilities in the specified localities of Kohistan Upper.
Bidding is open to registered contractors of the Local Government and Rural Development Department, LG&RDD, who have renewed their contractor registration for 2025-26 in relevant categories and hold valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) codes. Bidders must possess active local council board registration, valid PEC FTY certification, and FBR Active Tax Payer status for the current financial year. Bid security is set at 2 percent of the engineer estimate, with provisions for additional security based on bid rates submitted below the engineer estimate. Detailed rate analysis is mandatory for bids quoted more than 20 percent below the estimated cost.
Bidding documents can be downloaded from the official EPADS website at kp.eprocure.gov.pk after NIT publication on the KPRA website. Bids must be submitted through the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure via EPADS before the closing time of 12:00 PM on 25 June 2026, with opening scheduled for the same day at 12:30 PM. All bidding documents, original bid securities, and rate analyses must be delivered to the office of Tehsil Municipal Administration Dassu Kohistan Upper. Online clarifications are available until 05:00 PM on 24 June 2026. Bids remain valid for ninety days from the closing date, and work orders will be issued upon release of funds.
