Description / Scope of Work
The Water and Sanitation Agency Lahore, under the Punjab Water and Sanitation Authority, invites sealed bids for the construction and rehabilitation of an official house at WASA Training Center in Lahore, Punjab. This tender is issued by the Executive Engineer (O&M-I) Nishter Town Division. The approved estimated cost of the project is Rs. 2,999,606 with a completion period of 15 days. The work includes construction and rehabilitation services at the specified location in Lahore, and only firms registered on E-PAD as per Government of Punjab directions are eligible to participate in the bidding process for the financial year 2025-26.
Bidders must submit their bids exclusively through the E-PAD platform; manual submissions are not acceptable under any circumstances. The earnest money requirement is Rs. 60,000 (two percent of the estimated cost), which must be submitted in the form of a Demand Draft, Call Deposit Receipt, Pay Order, Bank Cheque, or Special Deposit Receipt. All bids must be free from cutting, amendments, or conditions. Contractors must possess valid registration on E-PAD and comply with current PPRA rules. Submission of fake documents such as fraudulent CDRs or pay orders will result in disqualification and blacklisting from all future WASA Lahore tendering processes, with recommendations made to PPRA and PEC for appropriate action.
Bid submission deadline is 18 June 2026 at 12:00 PM, with bids to be opened on the same day at 12:30 PM at the office of XEN (O&M-I) Nishter Town, Tanki No. 03 near Civic Center Township, Lahore. Contractors and their representatives are invited to attend the bid opening. Original CDR documents must be submitted half an hour before the opening time.
