Punjab Water and Sanitation Authority invites sealed bids from eligible and experienced income tax and sales tax registered firms and companies for a framework contract to hire vehicles on rental basis for the Director General's office operations. The tender is for the procurement of rental vehicle services over a 12-month period commencing 1 July 2026 through 30 June 2027, with an estimated total contract value of Rs. 36,099,000 inclusive of all applicable taxes. The requirement includes five vehicle categories: one mid-size SUV or off-road vehicle (2023 model or newer, 2600cc–3000cc, 7-seater minimum, 4x4/AWD), one mid-size crossover SUV (2023 model or newer, 2400cc–2500cc, 7-seater minimum, petrol/hybrid automatic), two premium sedans (2023 model or newer, approximately 1800cc automatic), four sedan cars (2023 model or newer, 1500cc–1600cc automatic or manual), and two compact sedans (2023 model or newer, approximately 1300cc automatic or manual). All vehicles must be in mint condition with mandatory features including ABS, airbags, alloy wheels, air conditioning, and climate control as applicable.
Bidders must be registered on e-PADS with active NTN and PNTN filers, and must submit original bid security of 2% of the estimated cost (Rs. 721,980) in the form of a CDR or pay order in favour of the Director Administration, Punjab WASA before the closing time. Bidding is conducted under Punjab Public Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules 2014 through National Competitive Bidding. All prices must be quoted in Pakistani Rupees inclusive of all applicable taxes, and the lowest bidder will be selected based on the primary vehicle categories outlined in Lot-1.
Bidding documents are available free of cost on the e-PADS portal and the PPRA Punjab website at https://eprocure.punjab.gov.pk/View/Tender.aspx. Electronic bids must be submitted online through e-PADS by 11:00 AM on 18 June 2026, and bids will be opened at 11:30 AM the same day at the Office of the Director Administration, Punjab WASA, Shah Jamal, Lahore.
