Description / Scope of Work
The Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA), Jinnah International Airport, Karachi, invites sealed bids from eligible contractors for the repair and maintenance of Bungalow No. D-17 located at PAA Colony, Jinnah Abad, Karachi, in Sindh Province. The project is financed through the Institutional Development Fund (IDF) under Contract Ref# P41949, with an estimated cost of Rs. 1,025,206. The scope of work encompasses comprehensive repair and maintenance activities on the bungalow structure as detailed in the bidding documents. PAA intends to utilize part of the IDF proceeds to cover eligible payments under this contract for the repair and maintenance of the bungalow.
Eligible bidders must meet the criteria outlined in the tender documents and shall submit their bids accompanied by a Bid Security amounting to Rs. 138,600, as described in the Bid Security Section of the bidding documents. The bid security may be furnished in the form of Pay Order, Bank Guarantee, or another instrument as specified in the bidding documents. E-bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, specifications, and requirements are available on the EPADS v2.0 portal at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk for interested bidders. All bidders must register themselves on EPADS v2.0 to participate in the bidding process.
Bids prepared in accordance with the e-bidding document instructions must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Tuesday, June 23, 2026 at 11:00 AM. E-bids will be opened on the same date at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Manual submission of bids will not be entertained. Vendors not yet registered on EPADS v2.0 may register at https://paa.epads.gov.pk using the available tutorial. Procurement is conducted in accordance with Public Procurement Rules 2004.
