Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Assistant Director (SR) Local Government and Rural Development Department, District Tank, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites sealed tenders for construction and beautification activities under the uplift and beautification programme for model street at Mushtaq Abad PIR Tangi in Kohat District Tank. This is a 1st bi-annual tender for the financial year 2025-26, with an estimated cost of five million rupees. The work scope encompasses infrastructure improvement, monuments, street lights and green spaces development across Southern Districts of KPK including Kohat, Hangu, Karak, Bannu, Laki Marwat, Tank and Dera Ismail Khan. Single stage single envelope procurement procedure is being followed through EPADS from government contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and enlisted with C&W Department as per Centralized Enlistment Policy of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Bidders must be registered on EPADS with valid username and password. Prospective contractors must possess active Pakistan Engineering Council and KPPRA registration valid for the current financial year 2025-26. Bid security of one hundred thousand rupees, equivalent to two percent of estimated cost, must be submitted. All applicable taxes shall be recovered in accordance with government directives. The PEC and KPPRA registration documents must be current and valid. Contractors or their representatives may be present during electronic bid opening.
Bid documents are available for download from the official EPADS website (www.eprocure.gov.pk) and KP-PPRA website (www.kppra.gov.pk) following tender publication. Bids must be submitted through EPADS only in electronic format with neatly filled documents and clear scanned copies. The deadline for bid submission is 23 June 2026 at 12:30 PM, with opening scheduled for the same date at 01:00 PM. Bids remain valid for ninety days from closing date. In case of tied bids among responsive bidders, decision shall be made through free draw considered as final. Any bidder providing false information will be disqualified under KPPRA Act Section 29(1) read with KPPRA Rule 43, with recommended debarring and blacklisting action.
