Description / Scope of Work
Gujranwala Electric Power Company Limited (GEPCO) invites sealed bids for the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of APMS distribution transformers in multiple capacity ranges. Four separate tenders are being floated with quantities and values as follows: 25 KVA transformers (quantity 150, estimated cost 1,000,000 rupees), 50 KVA transformers (quantity 125, estimated cost 1,200,000 rupees), 100 KVA transformers (quantity 175, estimated cost 1,500,000 rupees), and 200 KVA transformers (quantity 98, estimated cost 1,000,000 rupees). All transformers will be supplied with ordering codes as specified, and the project is located in Gujranwala, Punjab. The tender advertisement is issued under zero tolerance and full enforcement policy for electricity theft prevention.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant trade associations including ISED/NTWC, NAPA or FPCCI. Bidders are required to provide detailed bidding documents without any element of foreign exchange and free delivery conditions at GEPCO's location in Gujranwala. A bid security amount as described in the bid security section of the bidding documents is mandatory. All submissions must be made through the EPMDS v2.0 online portal. Single stage single envelope procurement methodology using Lead Cost Based Selection (LCBS) will be adopted for fair and transparent evaluation.
Bidding documents can be downloaded from the EPMDS v2.0 website. The bid submission deadline is Monday, June 22, 2026 at 11:30 AM, with bids opening scheduled for the same day.
