Description / Scope of Work
THQ Hospital Sarai Alamgir, operating under the District Health Authority in Gujrat, Punjab, invites bids for a framework contract covering local purchase of medicines, universal health insurance medicines, surgical and disposable items, laboratory kits and materials, dental materials, general store items, medical gases, stationery items, digital X-ray films and chemicals, and printing and publications materials. The procurement is divided into eight separate lots with a combined estimated cost of 19 million Pakistani rupees for the financial year 2026-2027. The scope includes supply to all health facilities under the control of District Health Authority, Gujrat, with delivery required within 10 working days from issuance of supply orders.
Bidders must be eligible vendors capable of meeting specified quality and delivery standards. A bid security of 3 percent of the estimated cost for each lot is required. Firms must provide samples according to quoted specifications and comply with all government taxes and duties. The procurement will follow single stage two envelope bidding procedures as per Punjab PFR-2014 rules. Technical and financial bids must be submitted separately and marked accordingly.
Bid documents are available free of cost on the PPRA website at http://www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk/ and the EPADS portal at http://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk/. Technical and financial bids must be submitted online through the EPADS portal before the closing date. The tender will be opened on 22 June 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Office of Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Sarai Alamgir. Bids remain valid for ninety days from submission date.
