Description / Scope of Work
COMSATS University Islamabad, Wah Campus, a public sector university located in Wah Cantt, Punjab, invites sealed bids for the procurement of electrical, paint, carpentry, welding, construction and plumbing items required for the campus. The tender is advertised under Tender No. CUIW/PS/TEN/25-26/40 and will be processed through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) portal at https://eprocure.gov.pk on a single stage single envelope basis. The scope encompasses various construction-related material supplies and services to support the institution's maintenance and development requirements at the Wah Campus location.
Bidders must be Income Tax and General Sales Tax registered firms or companies on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue. A non-blacklisting certificate is mandatory, and bidders must not be in litigation with COMSATS University Islamabad or blacklisted by any organization. Interested firms are required to submit a bid security of Rs. 150,000 in the form of a call deposit or bank draft drawn in favor of COMSATS University Islamabad Wah Campus (FTN/NTN: 9010814-5). The bid security scanned copy must be uploaded through EPADS, while the hard copy must accompany the sealed bidding document submitted physically.
Bid documents must include company introduction, type of business, proof of offices and services in Pakistan, NTN and GST registration certificates, verifiable office addresses, and contact details. The closing date for bid submission is 22 June 2026 at 11:00 hours. Bids will be opened thirty minutes after closing time at the Purchase Office, Admin Block, COMSATS University Islamabad, Wah Campus, in the presence of bidders who wish to attend.
