Description / Scope of Work
The Local Government & Rural Development Department, Tehsil (IIQ) District Mardan invites sealed tenders for four separate works totalling approximately 46.5 million rupees under the MRS 2025 annual and non-MRS procurement framework. The four work packages comprise rehabilitation and repair of Masjid Faqeer Abad UC Chapurli VC Surkh Dheri Muhallah Hattana Chami Nikandari at Mardan (2.50 million rupees), construction of PCC streets, pavements, drains, culverts and retaining walls with solar integrated lights in multiple locations across Mardan district (17.50 million rupees), PCC work in various UCs including Shergarh, Jatala, Parkho and Pir Sagai (24 million rupees), and construction and renovation of Masjid at Kodinaka Mirza Koroona Mardan (3.0 million rupees). These works are for rural development in District Mardan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.
Bidders must be registered contractors with the Public Procurement Commission and hold valid Pakistan Engineering Council codes for relevant disciplines as per NIT specifications. Contractors quoting ten percent or more below engineer's estimate must submit additional security deposits as detailed in terms and conditions. Eligible contractors and firms must register with e-PADS portal, obtain valid KPPRA tax clearance for the current financial year, and hold current PIC and FHR KPPRA registration as active tax payers. All material testing and site verification will be conducted at the contractor's cost and risk.
Bidding documents are available for download from the official e-PADS website (https://portalkp.eprocure.gov.pk/) following NIT publication. Original tender documents with complete bid securities and rate analysis must be submitted in person to the Office of Assistant Director, LG&RDD Tehsil (IIQ) Mardan before 22 June 2026. Electronic bids must be filed through e-PADS. The last date for online clarification is 17 June 2026 by 05:00 PM.
