Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation, an autonomous corporation under the Ministry of Energy (Petroleum Division), Government of Pakistan, invites pre-qualification proposals from interested parties and hotels having valid registration with Federal Board of Revenue and active taxpayer status. This procurement is for pre-qualification of 3-Star, 4-Star and 5-Star hotels for provision of hotel accommodation and allied hospitality services in major cities of Pakistan including Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi, Peshawar and Quetta under an open framework arrangement. The scope encompasses securing reliable hotel partnerships across multiple metropolitan regions to support PMDC's operational and official accommodation requirements on a flexible, ongoing basis.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) with valid sales tax and income tax registration. Parties must be on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) maintained by FBR for both income and sales tax purposes. Prospective bidders should hold appropriate hotel operation licenses and demonstrate compliance with hospitality service standards. Pre-qualification documents containing detailed terms, conditions and opening procedures are available free of cost electronically from EPADS-PPRA website at https://eprocure.gov.pk and https://epms.ppra.gov.pk. All electronic proposals must be submitted using EPADs portal on or before 22.06.2026 at 03:00 PM, with opening scheduled for 03:30 PM on the same date in the presence of attending participants.
