Description / Scope of Work
The Highways Division Rawalkot Azad Jammu and Kashmir invites electronic bids under the single stage single envelope e-bidding system for construction, improvement, reconditioning and black topping of link roads across Poonch district. Three packages are being tendered with an aggregate estimated cost of approximately 140 million rupees. Package 07 covers 30 kilometers of link roads in Hajra constituency with an estimated cost of 36.132 million rupees and 24-month completion period. Package 08 focuses on 30 kilometers of link roads serving Kalhta Nammora near Primary School in District Poonch with an estimated cost of 38.801 million rupees and similar completion timeline. Package 04 includes construction and improvement works on roads near Ghaziabad Mastaq Muhallah and surrounding areas in Thoar district with an estimated cost of 45.633 million rupees. All works fall under specialization code CE-01 and are subject to compliance with applicable regulations.
Bidders must be registered with the appropriate category as mentioned against each work in column 5 below the specialization code. Contractor or firm category requirements range from C-5 and above. Bid security deposits are required at 0.722 million, 0.776 million, and 0.915 million rupees respectively for the three packages. All eligible firms and contractors licensed by the Pakistan Engineering Council are invited to participate in this competitive bidding process.
Bid documents can be obtained online through the official e-bidding portal. The schedule for e-bid submission opening is set for 22 June 2026 at 11:30 AM.
