Central Power Generation Co Ltd (GENCO-II), Guddu, Sindh invites sealed bids for construction of precast wall from gate No 2 towards rest house for barricading of colony TPS Guddu (Section No 01) and construction of main gate No 01 of colony dedicated for Chinese only at residential colony TPS Guddu (Section No 02). The tender reference number is CEO/CPGCL/MMM/CIvil/T-351 with an estimated project scope covering both structural works at the Guddu thermal power station location in Sindh province. The project encompasses critical infrastructure development for the power generation facility and its administrative areas.
Eligibility criteria require that bidding firms must be registered and renewed by Pakistan Engineer Council for the period 2025-2028, with valid NTN, CNIC, FBR and SRB credentials at the time of tender purchase. Call Deposit of 03 percent of total bid value must be submitted in the form of bank draft or call deposit payable to Central Power Generation Company Limited. The Proprietor and legally authorized person of the firm is eligible to purchase tender documents. Specialized code CE-09 or CE-10 from PEC is mandatory. Bid security documentation and company verification rights are reserved by GENCO-II management. Bid documents can be downloaded from the PPRA website at www.ppra.org.pk. The last date of issuing tender documents is 19.06.2026 at 14:00 hours. Tender submission deadline and opening date is 19.06.2026 at 14:30 hours respectively. Bids received after the closing date and time will not be considered and will be returned unopened. The bidding process follows single stage two envelope procedure under PPRA Rules 36(b). In case of government holidays or unavoidable circumstances, the tender opening will be deferred to the next working day. Chief Executive Officer, GENCO-II, Guddu reserves the right to reject all bids or proposals at any time prior to acceptance as per PPRA rule No 33(1).
