The Town Committee Sarhari District Sanghar invites sealed tenders for the construction and repair of surface drains Type-B and P/L UPVC pipe of 5 inch and 6 inch diameter from warehouse to Eid Gah Sheikh Muhalla Ward No 6 in Taluka Shahdadpur, District Sanghar, Sindh. The estimated tender amount is Rs. 2.422 million with a completion period of six months. This project is financed through OZT and own sources under SPPRA Rules 2010 (amended 2013) and involves single-stage one-envelope bidding procedure.
Eligible contractors must submit proof of financial, technical and constructional capability. A call deposit of 5% of the bid amount (Rs. 121,100) is mandatory and must be pledged in the name of the Chairman as security. Bidders are required to provide bank statements and solvency certificates for the last three years, an affidavit confirming no involvement in litigation or abandonment of government works, list of similar projects completed during the last three financial years with satisfactory certificates, and valid registration with Sindh Revenue Board and Income Tax Department. Attested copies of STRN/NTN and S.R.B registration certificates are mandatory for supply items. Bid validity is 90 days from opening, with liquidated damages at 0.05% of estimated cost per day of delay capped at 10%.
Tender documents are available for download and submission through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) website up to 18 June 2026 at 1:00 PM, with bid opening scheduled for the same date at 1:30 PM at the Office of Town Committee Sarhari District Sanghar. A second attempt for submission is allowed up to 3 July 2026 at 1:00 PM with opening on 3 July 2026 at 1:30 PM. Tender fee is Rs. 3,000.
