Description / Scope of Work
The Office of the Assistant Director (Senior), Local Government and Rural Development Department, Bannu is inviting sealed tenders for beautification activities and infrastructure improvement works in central district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The project, referenced as Provincial ADP No. 942/251119 (2025-26), encompasses uplifting activities at UC Azem Kala Tehsil Domel District Bannu including monuments, street lights and green space improvements. The estimated project cost is 3.00 million Pakistani Rupees under the MRS-2025 (1st Bi Annual) budget allocation. This beautification scheme aims to enhance the visual appeal and civic infrastructure of Bannu district through comprehensive improvement of public spaces and amenities.
Eligible contractors and firms must be registered with the Public Procurement Commission (PEC) and enlisted with C&W Departments under the Centralized Enlistment Policy of the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Bidders are required to submit a bid security equivalent to 2 percent of the estimated cost (60,000 Pakistani Rupees) in the form of a call deposit favoring the Assistant Director (Senior) LG&RDD H.Q Bannu. The tender follows a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure, and all bids must remain valid for 90 days from the closing date. The work falls under Category C4 and Above.
Bid solicitation and bidding documents are available for download from the EPADS website (www.eproclure.gov.pk) and the KPPRA website (www.kppra.gov.pk). Technical and financial bids must be submitted through EPADS via registered courier service to the Office of the Assistant Director, Bannu before the electronic tender submission deadline of 19 June 2026 at 12:30 PM. Online clarification queries are accepted until 12 June 2026 at 5:00 PM. Financial bid opening will occur after technical bid evaluation and approval. The financial bids of non-responsive bidders will be returned unopened. Contractors must register with EPADS to obtain unique username and password for participation.
