Description / Scope of Work
Metropolitan Corporation Lahore invites sealed bids for the supply of dewatering sets along with accessories under a single stage one envelope procurement procedure. The estimated contract value is Rs 3.687 million with a project duration of 30 days. This procurement is conducted through the E-Procurement (EPADS) platform of the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2024. The scope includes supply and delivery of complete dewatering equipment with all necessary accessories to support municipal infrastructure and water management operations in Lahore, Punjab province.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the relevant regulatory authorities and possess valid business registration. Prospective bidders are required to submit earnest money equivalent to 3 percent of the estimated cost in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) from any scheduled bank. The original CDR must be produced to the Metropolitan Officer (Infrastructure) on company letterhead on or before the bid closing time. Bids submitted without scanned copies of earnest money security will not be accepted. Bidders must be in compliance with all applicable procurement regulations and possess the technical capacity to supply and deliver the required equipment.
All bid documents must be uploaded on the E-PADS portal at www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk on or before 19 June 2026 by 10:30 AM in PDF format, duly signed and stamped by an authorized representative. The price schedule and bid security documents must be submitted on contractor letterhead. Hard copies of financial instruments must be submitted in addition to soft copies uploaded on the platform as per regulation requirements. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM in Town Hall, Lahore. The procuring agency reserves the right to reject all bids at any time prior to acceptance.
