The Municipal Corporation Gujranwala invites quotations from registered contractors on E-PADs and Pakistan Engineering Council in relevant categories for the supply of rented generator without fuel with wire and changeover switches, LED light tower, and loader rickshaw with fuel and driver for Muharram Ul Harram 2026. The estimated cost of the scheme is 3.200 million Pakistani Rupees, prepared on the basis of MRS 1st Biannual 2026 and local market rates. The project is located in Gujranwala, Punjab, with implementation planned under the Budget allocation 2025-26 financial year.
All intending contractors and firms must be registered on E-PADs and hold valid Pakistan Engineering Council certification in relevant categories. Bidders are required to submit earnest money in the form of a bank CDR in favour of Municipal Corporation Gujranwala at 5 percent of the estimated cost. The original CDR must be submitted to the Tender Opening Committee by 11:00 AM on the opening date. Conditional quotations will not be entertained, and the selection method is based on least cost. Successful bidders offering rates more than 4.99 percent below the tender schedule estimated cost must deposit additional performance security according to PPRA and Works Rules 2017 within the stipulated period.
Quotation and bidding documents must be uploaded on the EPAD Dashboard by 16-06-2026 at 10:00 AM. Bids will be opened the same day on 16-06-2026 at 11:30 AM in the office of Municipal Corporation Gujranwala in the presence of contractors or their authorized representatives.
