Punjab Water and Sanitation Authority (PWASA) invites sealed bids for the procurement of IT equipment and tables/chairs for use of PWASA offices, specifically for the establishment of a control room and call center at P-WASA Headquarters in Lahore, Punjab. The estimated project cost is Rs. 8,160,423 (Rupees Eight Millions One Hundred Sixty Thousand Four Hundred and Twenty Three only). This is a Single Stage Two Envelope bidding procedure conducted through the e-PADS portal in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (Amended). The tender reference is PWASA/DDA/26/0034, and bidders are required to submit their bids electronically on or before 16 June 2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 AM.
Eligible bidders must be registered on e-PADS with active NTN, GST/PST, and PNTN registrations, and must have a minimum of two years of experience in the relevant field. All bidders must have valid NTN and GST registration certificates. A Bid Security of 3% of the estimated cost, amounting to Rs. 244,813, is mandatory and must be submitted in the form of a CDR, Bank Guarantee, PO, Demand Draft, or Banker Cheque (excluding insurance bonds) in favour of the Director Administration Punjab Water and Sanitation Authority. The original hard copy of the Bid Security must be physically submitted at the office of Director Administration PWASA at Shah Jamal, Lahore, by the bidding deadline; otherwise the bid will be rejected.
Bidding documents are available free of cost on the e-PADS portal (https://eprocure.gov.pk) and the PPRA website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk). Bids must be submitted exclusively through e-PADS as PDF files; no hard copies, telegraphic submissions, or postal submissions will be accepted. Conditional bids will not be entertained, and all bid rates must be quoted on an item-rate basis with amounts stated in both figures and words. Bids remain valid for 120 days from the opening date.
