Description / Scope of Work
The Deputy District Education Officer M-EE Sialkot invites competitive tenders for the procurement of a solar system with an estimated cost of PKR 50,00,000 (fifty million). This procurement is open to well-reputed, financially sound and technically capable firms, suppliers and manufacturers having adequate managerial capacity and duly registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Department. The solar system equipment and related items will be supplied for the education department in Sialkot, Punjab. The tender scope includes procurement, supply, installation and commissioning of complete solar system infrastructure as per technical specifications outlined in the bidding documents.
Eligible bidders must be registered with both Income Tax and Sales Tax Department of Pakistan. All bids must be accompanied by bid security equivalent to 2% of the estimated cost, which may be submitted in the form of Bank Guarantee, Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) or Demand Draft in favor of Deputy District Education Officer M-EE Sialkot. The photocopy of bid security must be attached with the bid submission, while original documents must be submitted at the specified address at least one hour before the closing deadline. Bidders are required to submit samples if requested by the technical committee. All applicable taxes including GST and Income Tax must be included in the quoted prices, and all documents must be provided with the tender form.
Interested bidders may download bidding documents free of cost from www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk and https://Punjab eprocure.gov.pk. Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS (e-Pak Acquisition and Disposable System) on the Punjab eprocure portal till 17-06-2026 by 03:00 PM. A single stage one envelope bidding procedure will be applied, and bids will be opened on the same day at 04:00 PM through E-Pads in the presence of bidders. All procurement procedures including receiving, opening and awarding shall be governed by Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (as amended). The Authority reserves the right to cancel tender proceedings at any stage.
