The University of Narowal invites bids for the establishment of a bio-technology laboratory in Academic Block #03 at the University of Narowal's new campus in Punjab. This procurement involves the design, supply, installation, and commissioning of a fully operational bio-technology laboratory facility with all necessary equipment, infrastructure, and technical provisions. The project is located at the new campus of the University of Narowal and aims to provide state-of-the-art laboratory facilities for academic and research purposes in the field of biotechnology.
Bidders must demonstrate adequate technical and financial capacity to execute this project. Required qualifications include relevant experience in laboratory establishment and bio-technology infrastructure development, valid tax registration certificates, and proof of financial capability. Bid security in the prescribed amount must be submitted along with the bid. The bidding process follows a single-stage, one-envelope system as specified in the bidding document.
The complete bidding document is organized in four volumes: Volume I contains invitation for bids, instructions to bidders, bidding data, forms, general and particular conditions of contract, and special provisions; Volume II contains technical specifications; Volume III contains the bill of quantities; and Volume IV contains drawings and miscellaneous details.
