Karandaaz Pakistan seeks to engage a qualified media agency for the placement, airing management, monitoring, and reporting of a pre-produced 60-second Urdu-language radio advertisement promoting Raast, Pakistan's Instant Payment System. The campaign will be executed nationwide across 8 FM radio stations over 15 days. Raast, developed by the State Bank of Pakistan and operated by Raast Payments Pakistan Pvt. Ltd., has registered over 49 million IDs and processed more than PKR 95 trillion since its launch in 2021, but public awareness remains critically low at only 15% among individuals aged 15–24. The core campaign objective is to counter widespread misconceptions that Raast is a standalone mobile application, and instead educate the public that it is a free, instant, and secure payment layer embedded across all banking applications. This tender is issued under federal jurisdiction and forms part of a broader nationwide Raast awareness campaign encompassing television, social media, and digital advertising components.
The selected media agency will be responsible exclusively for securing FM radio airtime, managing the nationwide airing of the advertisement, monitoring broadcast compliance, and providing detailed reporting on campaign execution. The agency will not be responsible for advertisement production, as the creative asset has been pre-developed and will be provided by Karandaaz Pakistan. Eligible agencies must demonstrate proven experience in radio media buying and campaign management across Pakistan, with established relationships with major FM stations and a track record of successful nationwide broadcast placements. Agencies must be registered businesses in good standing with relevant Pakistani regulatory authorities.
