Description / Scope of Work
The Municipal Committee Thul, Jacobabad District, Sindh is conducting a general auction for the collection and realization of Sindh Local Council Auction of Collection Rights, Rules 2018, the open auction of taxes on the occupation of Thul Union Taxes, Meera Chiranjo and other areas falling under the Chairmanship for the financial years 2025-26 and 2026-27. The municipal committee invites interested parties to participate in this competitive open auction proceeding for various types of fees including cattle pen, repair ground fee, buzz fruit fee, slaughter house fee, fish fee, and advertisement fee. The contractual amounts for the financial year 2025-26 range from PKR 1,624 to PKR 304,333, with security deposits required varying from PKR 280 to PKR 4,821. The auction will be held under the Chairmanship at 01:00 PM in the office of the Municipal Committee Thul, Jacobabad on the dates specified, with all contract details and terms available for inspection during office hours.
Participating parties are required to bring solvency certificates and bank guarantees demonstrating their financial capability along with registered deed of company documents and national identity cards. Defaulters of the Municipal Committee Thul are not permitted to participate in the open auction, and any defaulting council member or company declared as black-listed shall not be allowed to participate. Bidders must submit a certificate of income tax return from the Income Tax Department in addition to their National Identity Card and other required documents. The Chairman Auction Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
Bid documents and complete terms and conditions are available for inspection at the Taxation Branch of the Municipal Committee Thul during regular office working hours. The first auction date is scheduled for 16-06-2026 at 02:00 PM, and the second auction date is 17-06-2026 at 02:00 PM. All interested parties will participate in the open auction proceeding, with money deposited as security against each bid.
