Description / Scope of Work
WAPDA Hospital Complex Lahore invites electronic bids from original manufacturers, authorized distributors, and suppliers registered with the income tax and sales tax departments for the supply of medical gases and accessories. This procurement is issued under the Decade of Dams initiative and aims to ensure adequate supply of essential medical gases required for hospital operations. The tender is advertised with reference number PRD(L)/WAPDA/365/2025-26 and covers medical gases and related accessories to support the healthcare services provided at the hospital complex located in Lahore, Punjab.
Bidders must be registered original manufacturers or authorized distributors with valid registration with the Federal Board of Revenue for both income tax and sales tax. E-bidding documents containing detailed terms, conditions, requirements, and specifications are available for registered bidders on the EPADS Ver-02 portal (www.eprosure.gov.pk) and www.ppra.org.pk. Prospective bidders should ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and obtain necessary bid security as specified in the bidding documents.
Electronic bids must be submitted using EPADS Ver-02 on or before 19-06-2026 at 10:00 AM; manual bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened on the same day at 10:30 AM on www.eprosure.gov.pk. Notification of the Goods Receipt Committee (GRC) as constituted under Rule-48 of the Public Procurement Rules 2004 is available on the WAPDA website (www.wapda.gov.pk) and www.eprocure.gov.pk.
