Description / Scope of Work
HAZECO (Hazara Electric Supply Company) invites sealed electronic bids from registered companies and firms for the disposal of 66kV redundant transmission line equipment on a national competitive bidding basis through the E-Pads Acquisition and Disposal System. The scope of work comprises removal and disposal of 45 number SM type tower, 04 number 2M-30 type tower, 07 number SED type tubular poles, 02 number Lancashire 60 tower, 11 number GS type tower, 5040 MR Lynx conductor, 36360 Mir Dog conductor, 2329 Nos disc insulator, 308 Nos damper weight, 322 Nos arckangle, 150 Nos PG clamp, 30 Nos suspension clamp, and 15500 Mir stay wire. The transmission line runs from Havelian to Abbottabad under the jurisdiction of SS&T Division Abbottabad. The estimated bid amount is PKR 504,266, with bid security of PKR 25,214 required. The tender is valid for 90 days from submission.
Only e-bids are acceptable and must be submitted through the E-Pads portal at www.epads.gov.pk with all mandatory information as specified in bidding documents. All bidders must be registered with the regulatory authority and comply with applicable procurement guidelines and regulations. The bid shall include a bid security in an acceptable form as per terms and conditions. Original bid security under sealed envelope shall reach the HAZECO HQ College Road Abbottabad office before the bid submission date and time. In case of holiday or strike, the tender will be opened on the next working day.
Bids will be opened electronically and publicly on E-Pads in the presence of authorized bidders' representatives at the office of the Manager Supply Chain Management at HAZECO HQ College Road Abbottabad. Bid documents are available online at www.hazeco.com.pk and www.ppra.org.pk. The disposal will be governed under WAPDA Disposal Procedure and PPRA Disposal rules. HAZECO reserves the right to accept or reject all bids without justification as per PPRA Rule-33.
