National Grid Company of Pakistan Limited (NGC), the employer responsible for development and control of power transmission infrastructure across Pakistan, invites sealed bids under the Two Envelope Procedure on a National Competitive Bidding basis for Repair and Maintenance of A-Type Substation 220kV Grid Station NGC, Jhang Road, Okara (North) 220kV Grid Station. This tender is advertised in the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue. The estimated project value is PKR 275,800 and the work is located in Okara, Punjab province.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the appropriate category. Interested bidders must submit a written application to the Employer's office for a non-refundable set of bidding documents. Bank drafts must be issued from any scheduled bank in Pakistan in favor of Deputy Manager (Civil) DM-North, NECP, Lahers, and sent by courier to an additional address with additional charges as applicable.
Bid documents are available for purchase online at www.ngc.gov.pk at a cost of PKR 2,000 inclusive of GST, plus postal charges. Tender documents must be submitted to the designated office using the E-PABS system on or before the deadline of 23 June 2026 at 11:00 am. Technical bid opening will occur at 11:30 am on the same day in the presence of bidders' representatives. The bid must be received by the employer through E-PABS only before the submission deadline. All bidders must ensure the checklist submission of documents as a mandatory requirement. The employer reserves the right to reject all bids and shall award the contract based on the lowest evaluated price conforming to public procurement rules.
