Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited invites sealed tenders for five major infrastructure and maintenance projects across Punjab province. The tender package includes maintenance of solar panels installed at the company's building in Lahore, construction of a residential hostel at CBS Manga, construction of two meter halls with attached structures and office facilities at Multan including external works and a meter shop, maintenance and inspection of firefighting equipment and provision of office space for a private company's operations at various locations including Plaza Passco and transitional mess facilities in Lahore and elsewhere, and construction of a reinforced concrete foundation under Scada system at an undisclosed location. These projects collectively represent significant capital and operational expenditure for the gas utility's infrastructure modernization and facility expansion.
Participating firms must possess valid Certificate of Registration with Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category, valid Professional Tax Clearance Certificate, Copy of Provincial Sales Tax Registration from the Provincial Revenue Authority, and valid insurance coverage. Bidders are required to submit a bid security fee of Rs. 2,500 non-refundable against a Pay Order in favor of M/s. Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited. All required certificates and clearances must accompany the tender submission to establish eligibility and financial standing.
Tender documents are available for download through PPDS portal at eprocure.gov.pk. The tender fee of Rs. 2,500 must be paid as a non-refundable amount via pay order. Interested bidders must submit sealed envelopes containing their proposals before the closing date of 29th June 2026 at 1500 hours (3:00 PM). Tender opening will occur on the same date at 1600 hours (4:00 PM).
