Description / Scope of Work
Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) invites sealed bids for the Supply and Services contract for Deployment of Resource Public Key Infrastructure at PTCL Internet Gateway layer and Corporate/Carrier Aggregation Routers. This project involves the implementation and deployment of advanced PKI infrastructure to enhance security at PTCL's internet gateway and aggregation router layers across the telecommunications network. The tender is open to qualified bidders who can demonstrate technical capability and experience in deploying large-scale public key infrastructure solutions for telecommunications infrastructure.
Interested bidders must submit technical proposals in accordance with the Scope of Work and PTCL requirements. Bids are invited in both Pakistani Rupees (PKR) on a DDP basis inclusive of all applicable taxes and USD on CFR basis. Bidders are required to possess a valid Vendor Registration Code (VR Code) from PTCL, and unregistered vendors must complete the registration process prior to bid submission. A Bank Guarantee (bid security) equivalent to Pakistani Rupees One Million (PKR 01 Million) issued by a first-class scheduled bank located in Pakistan is mandatory and must be valid for six months from the date of issuance. Non-compliance with bid security requirements will result in automatic rejection and disqualification from further processing.
Bids must be submitted exclusively through the SAP Ariba platform before 12:00 hours on 19th June 2026.
