Description / Scope of Work
Pathfinder International, a global sexual and reproductive health organization operating in Sindh province, invites bids for the sale and disposal of its furniture, fixture, and equipment inventory on an as-is basis. The tender solicitation number is ITB | Sell Out of Pathfinder Inventory | Furniture/Fixture & Equipment, issued on June 5, 2026, with the proposal deadline set for June 15, 2026 at 5:00 PM Pakistan Standard Time. Interested vendors are required to survey the proposed lot of material and submit sealed financial proposals before the deadline. The scope of work involves the collection and removal of listed items from Pathfinder International premises located in Karachi, Sindh, with all transportation and labor costs to be borne by the successful bidder at their own expense.
Bidders must reach out to Atif Khan at atif.khan@pathfinder.org to obtain the complete asset list and schedule equipment surveys, which must be concluded before June 11, 2026. All inquiries regarding the tender must include the solicitation number in the subject line, and responses will be posted to all known offerors. Proposals should be submitted in sealed envelopes with the solicitation number clearly marked on the envelope, along with the sender's company title, postal address, and valid contact number. The tender is open to all interested vendors with the capability to manage removal and transportation of furniture and fixtures.
Pathfinder International will award the contract to the highest bidding vendor, with the award subject to terms and conditions contained in Annex A. Payment will be made to the Pathfinder International bank account following issuance of the final list and formal work order. The successful vendor must collect materials within two working days of payment confirmation. Proposals and all supporting documentation should be mailed, couriered, or hand-delivered directly to Atif Ali Khan, Pathfinder International, D-95/1, Block 5, Clifton, Karachi. Any modifications to the tender terms will be issued as written amendments to all competing offerors.
