Frontier Corps Teaching Hospital KP invites sealed bids under national competitive bidding for the purchase of general items and medical equipment across three categories: CSSD and laundry equipment, ICU/CCU/HDU/NICU/PICU equipment, and medicines with surgical disposal items. This procurement is conducted through a single stage two-envelope procedure on DAP/DDP basis. The tender notice indicates the hospital is seeking to equip its facilities in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province with essential medical and operational equipment. All bids must be submitted by 10:00 AM on the specified opening dates, with technical and financial bids enclosed in separate envelopes along with soft copies on CD.
Participating vendors must possess current year production certificates duly endorsed by the concerned original equipment manufacturer, along with a valid NTN certificate for the current financial year. A 2 percent bid security or bank guarantee is required for each category of equipment, to be submitted on the name of the Commandant Frontier Corps Teaching Hospital KP. All taxes will be applicable as per government policy, and approved rates will remain effective until 30 June 2026. Bidders found to have pending disputes with federal or provincial institutes or NAB in any court, or those submitting conditional bids, will not be considered for award.
Bidding documents are available for collection with a non-refundable payment of Rs. 5,000 at the hospital's counter during working hours. Bid opening dates are 18 June 2026 for ICU/CCU equipment and 19 June 2026 for medicines and surgical items.
