Description / Scope of Work
The C&W Division No-1 Swat at Saidu Sharif under the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites electronic bids from eligible firms and contractors for the standardization and repair of food grain godown in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. This procurement is advertised under KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014 as amended up to 24-06-2025 using the Single Stage Two Envelope E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). The project covers repair and rehabilitation work in PRC Takhtaband with an estimated cost of Rs. 57.321 million and falls under the C-5 and Above category of public expenditure classification.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority under the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Finance Act 2013 Act No.XXI of 2013. Bid security of Rs. 1,190,000 is required and must be submitted electronically along with the technical proposal through the EPADS platform. Complete details of bid security in the form of Call Deposit Receipt from local banks including bank name, CDR number, and date must be uploaded electronically with the e-bid. Original copies of the call deposit receipt must reach the office before the closing date and time.
Bidding documents and qualification criteria are available from the office of the Executive Engineer C&W Division No-1 Swat during working hours on payment of Rs. 250 (non-refundable) until 23-06-2026 by 05:00 PM. Bids will be submitted electronically via EPADS before 24-06-2026 at 12:00 hours, with technical bid opening scheduled for the same day at 14:00 hours.
